I lead the analytics and AI platform for a med spa group: one warehouse over the point of sale, accounting, payroll and ad platforms, modeled in dbt, feeding the dashboards leadership actually runs on, about 1.3 million invoice lines of history. On this site I write about that work: revenue rules that keep booked, recognized, collected and deferred apart, commission computation that reconciles to the invoice line, and an AI layer that drafts widget specifications but is structurally prevented from computing figures.

Built and run the analytics and AI platform for a 15-location med spa group: Zenoti, NetSuite, Salesforce, Rippling, ad platforms and web traffic into one dbt-modeled warehouse. Product cost and provider margin the POS does not report, invoice-line collections reconciliation, package liability that surfaced three defects in the vendor's own report, and an AI assistant with permission checks, cost ceilings and a refusal path, exposed over MCP. Zenoti ingestion reconciled to 99.87% against source.

Led the automation and data migration group at the POS most of this industry runs on. Migration tooling that cut new-location onboarding time by about 30%, pipelines into S3 and Redshift that restart and roll back mid-run, and Tableau Server administration. Zenoti Impact Award, Q2 2020.
